Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method that makes it possible to easily produce an arbitrarily shaped heating element that is capable of induction heating. The present invention includes a mixing and kneading step, a molding step, and a firing step. In the mixing and kneading step, ceramic particles, pitch, a carbon filler, and water are mixed and kneaded to produce a mixed and kneaded product. In the molding step, the mixed and kneaded product is molded to produce a molded body. In the firing step, the molded body is fired to produce a heating element.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet de produire aisément un élément chauffant de forme arbitraire qui est capable de chauffage par induction. La présente invention comprend une étape de mélange et de malaxage, une étape de moulage et une étape de cuisson. Dans l’étape de mélange et de malaxage, des particules de céramique, un brai, une charge de carbone et de l’eau sont mélangés et malaxés pour former un produit mélangé et malaxé. Dans l’étape de moulage, le produit mélangé et malaxé est moulé pour produire un corps moulé. Dans l’étape de cuisson, le corps moulé est cuit pour produire un élément chauffant.
