Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a polynucleotide and a method for efficiently regulating gene expression. Disclosed are: a polynucleotide capable of hybridizing with a contiguous sequence of 5-9 bases (including the base of the 3' end of the mRNA) of the 5' side from the base corresponding to the 3' end of the mRNA and 5-9 bases (not including the base of the 3' end of the mRNA) of the 3' side in a genomic sequence; the aforementioned polynucleotide, including at least one nucleotide analog; and a gene expression regulator having the polynucleotide as an active component.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un polynucléotide et un procédé de régulation efficace de l'expression génique. Sont décrits : un polynucléotide pouvant s'hybrider avec une séquence contiguë de 5 à 9 bases (comprenant la base de l'extrémité 3' de l'ARNm) du côté 5' depuis la base correspondant à l'extrémité 3' de l'ARNm et 5 à 9 bases (non comprise la base de l'extrémité 3' de l'ARNm) du côté 3' dans une séquence génomique; le polynucléotide précité, comprenant au moins un analogue nucléotidique; et un régulateur d'expression génique comportant le polynucléotide en tant que composant actif.
