Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a full-color LED display panel provided with: an LED array substrate 1 in which a plurality of LEDs 3, which emit light in a wavelength band from ultraviolet to blue, are arranged in a matrix form on a wiring substrate 4; and a plurality of fluorescent light emitting layers 5 which are arranged side by side on the plurality of LEDs 3 so as to correspond to the three primary colors of light, and which are excited by excitation light L emitted from a corresponding LED 3 to be respectively wavelength-converted into fluorescent light FL of a corresponding color, wherein a metal film 9, which reflects the excitation light L and the fluorescent light FL, is provided on the surface of a partition wall 7 formed so as to surround the fluorescent light emitting layers 5.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un panneau d'affichage à LED de type pleine couleur comprenant : un substrat de réseau de LED 1 dans lequel une pluralité de LED 3, qui émettent de la lumière dans une bande de longueur d'onde allant de l'ultraviolet au bleu, sont agencées sous forme de matrice sur un substrat de câblage 4 ; et une pluralité de couches électroluminescentes fluorescentes 5 qui sont disposées côte à côte sur la pluralité de LED 3 de façon à correspondre aux trois couleurs primaires de lumière, et qui sont excitées par une lumière d'excitation L émise par une LED correspondante 3 pour être respectivement converties en longueur d'onde en lumière fluorescente FL d'une couleur correspondante, un film métallique 9, qui réfléchit la lumière d'excitation L et la lumière fluorescente FL, étant disposé sur la surface d'une paroi de séparation 7 formée de façon à entourer les couches électroluminescentes fluorescentes 5.
