Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides: a zirconia sintered body containing a fluorescent agent, and exhibiting excellent light transmittance and strength; a zirconia molded body from which the zirconia sintered body can be obtained; and a zirconia calcined body. The present invention pertains to: a zirconia sintered body containing a fluorescent agent, the zirconia sintered body containing 4.5-9.0 mol% of yttria, and having a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less, and a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more; a zirconia molded body containing a fluorescent agent, the zirconia molded body containing 4.5-9.0 mol% of yttria, having a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more after sintering at 1100°C for 2 hours under atmospheric pressure, and having a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less after sintering at 1100°C for 2 hours under atmospheric pressure; and a zirconia calcined body containing a fluorescent agent, the zirconia calcined body containing 4.5-9.0 mol% of yttria, having a three-point flexural strength of 500 MPa or more after sintering at 1100°C for 2 hours under atmospheric pressure, and having a crystal grain size of 180 nm or less after sintering at 1100°C for 2 hours under atmospheric pressure.
(FR) L'invention fournit un corps fritté de zircone contenant un agent fluorescent et excellent en termes de propriétés translucides et de solidité, un corps moulé de zircone permettant d'obtenir ce corps fritté de zircone, et un corps calciné de zircone. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne : un corps fritté de zircone contenant un agent fluorescent qui contient 4,5 à 9,0% en moles d'yttria, dont le diamètre de grains cristallins est inférieur ou égal à 180nm, et qui présente une résistance à la flexion en trois points supérieure ou égale à 500MPa ; un corps moulé de zircone qui contient un agent fluorescent, qui contient 4,5 à 9,0% en moles d'yttria, dont la résistance à la flexion en trois points après frittage pendant deux heures sous pression normale et à 1100°C est supérieure ou égale à 500MP, et dont le diamètre de grains cristallins après frittage pendant deux heures sous pression normale et à 1100°C est inférieur ou égal à 180nm ; et un corps calciné de zircone qui contient un agent fluorescent, qui contient 4,5 à 9,0% en moles d'yttria, dont la résistance à la flexion en trois points après frittage pendant deux heures sous pression normale et à 1100°C est supérieure ou égale à 500MP, et dont le diamètre de grains cristallins après frittage pendant deux heures sous pression normale et à 1100°C est inférieur ou égal à 180nm.
