Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing a sintered component comprising: a step for compression-molding a base powder that includes a metal powder in a mold, and producing a green compact having a relative density of 88% or higher; a step for machining a groove into the green compact using a cutting tool, and thereby forming a groove part having a width of 1.0 mm or less in the green compact; and a sintering step for sintering the green compact in which the groove part has been formed, the sintering step taking place after the step for forming the groove part.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un composant fritté comprenant : une étape de moulage par compression d’une poudre de base qui comprend une poudre métallique dans un moule, et la production d’un comprimé en cru ayant une densité relative de 88 % ou plus ; une étape d’usinage d’une rainure dans le comprimé en cru au moyen d’un outil de coupe, de façon à former une partie de rainure ayant une largeur de 1,0 mm ou moins dans le comprimé en cru ; et une étape de frittage pour fritter le comprimé en cru dans lequel la partie de rainure a été formée, l’étape de frittage étant conduite après l’étape de formation de la partie de rainure.
(JA) 金属粉末を含む原料粉末を金型で圧縮成形して、相対密度が88%以上の圧粉成形体を作製する工程と、前記圧粉成形体に切削工具で溝加工することにより、前記圧粉成形体に溝幅が1.0mm以下の溝部を形成する工程と、前記溝部を形成する工程の後、前記溝部が形成された前記圧粉成形体を焼結する焼結工程と、を備える焼結部品の製造方法。
