Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an electrolytic plating solution additive that contains a diallylamine (co)polymer, that maintains the metal affinity of the diallylamine (co)polymer while improving the organic properties of the entire polymer, and that makes it possible to improve uniform electrodeposition properties across a wide current range, notably the uniform electrodeposition properties in a high current range. The problem addressed by the present invention is solved by an electrolytic plating solution additive containing a diallylamine (co)polymer that has a constituent unit (I) derived from a diallylamine compound (i) having the structure represented by general formula (1) (in formula (1), R1 and R2 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, R1 and R2 are not hydrogen simultaneously, R3 and R4 each independently represent hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 or 2 carbon atoms, and X- represents a counterion).
(FR) L'invention concerne un additif pour solution de placage électrolytique qui contient un (co)polymère de diallylamine, qui maintient l'affinité métallique du (co)polymère de diallylamine tout en améliorant les propriétés organiques du polymère dans son ensemble, et permet d'obtenir des propriétés d'électrodéposition uniformes sur une large plage de valeurs de courant, notamment des propriétés d'électrodéposition uniformes dans une plage de valeurs de courant élevées. La solution selon la présente invention porte sur un additif pour solution de placage électrolytique contenant un (co)polymère de diallylamine dont le motif constitutif (I) est dérivé d'un composé de diallylamine (i) ayant la structure représentée par la formule générale (1) (où dans la formule (1), R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ayant 1 ou 2 atomes de carbone, R1 et R2 ne représentent pas simultanément un atome d'hydrogène, R3 et R4 représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ayant 1 ou 2 atomes de carbone, et X- est un contre-ion).
