Abstract:
(EN) A manufacturing facility pertaining to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a molding device for producing green compacts by means of press-molding raw material powder containing metal powder; a marking device for marking each of the green compacts with a manufacturing ID including a serial number; a batch treatment device for applying a predetermined batch treatment to the green compacts or to intermediate compacts made of sintered bodies thereof; a reading device for reading the manufacturing IDs of the intermediate compacts to be loaded into a batch-treatment case of the batch treatment device; and a server device for communicating with each device. The server device has: a communication unit for receiving from the reading device the values read off the manufacturing IDs; and a control unit for identifying, on the basis of said received values, loading positions of the intermediate compacts with respect to the batch-treatment case.
(FR) Une installation de fabrication se rapportant à un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : un dispositif de moulage pour produire des comprimés crus au moyen du moulage par pression d'une poudre de matière première contenant de la poudre métallique ; un dispositif de marquage pour marquer chacun des comprimés crus avec un identifiant de fabrication comprenant un numéro de série ; un dispositif de traitement par lots pour appliquer un traitement par lots prédéfini aux comprimés crus ou à des comprimés intermédiaires constitués de corps frittés de ceux-ci ; un dispositif de lecture pour lire les identifiants de fabrication des comprimés intermédiaires à charger dans un boîtier de traitement par lots du dispositif de traitement par lots ; et un dispositif serveur pour communiquer avec chaque dispositif. Le dispositif serveur comprend : une unité de communication permettant de recevoir en provenance du dispositif de lecture les valeurs extraites des identifiants de fabrication ; et une unité de commande permettant d'identifier, sur la base desdites valeurs reçues, des positions de chargement des comprimés intermédiaires par rapport au boîtier de traitement par lots.
