Abstract:
(EN) A fluid control system (1) comprises: a first valve (21) provided downstream of a flow rate controller (10); a flow rate measurement device (30) provided downstream of the first valve (21) and comprising a second valve (22); an open-close detector (26) provided to the second valve (22); and a controller (25) that controls the opening/closing of the first valve (21) and the second valve (22). The controller (25) controls the opening/closing of the first valve (21) according to a signal output by the open-close detector (26).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de commande de fluide (1) qui comprend : une première vanne (21) disposée en aval d'un dispositif de commande de débit (10) ; un dispositif de mesure de débit (30) disposé en aval de la première vanne (21) et comprenant une seconde vanne (22) ; un détecteur d'ouverture/fermeture (26) disposé sur la seconde vanne (22) ; et un dispositif de commande (25) qui commande l'ouverture/la fermeture de la première vanne (21) et de la seconde vanne (22). Le dispositif de commande (25) commande l'ouverture/fermeture de la première vanne (21) en fonction d'un signal émis par le détecteur d'ouverture/fermeture (26).
(JA) 流体制御システム(1)は、流量制御器(10)の下流側に設けられた第1バルブ(21)と、第1バルブ(21)の下流側に設けられ第2バルブ(22)を有する流量測定装置(30)と、第2バルブ(22)に設けられた開閉検出器(26)と、第1バルブ(21)および第2バルブ(22)の開閉動作を制御する制御部(25)とを備えており、制御部(25)が、開閉検出器(26)が出力する信号に応じて第1バルブ(21)の開閉を制御する。
