Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a light emitting device which is provided with a switching element. This light emitting device comprises: a light emitting unit which comprises a plurality of nanostructures that are capable of emitting light by having an electric current injected thereinto; and a transistor which is arranged so as to correspond to the light emitting unit, and which controls the amount of an electric current to be injected into the nanostructures.

Ce dispositif électroluminescent comprend : une unité électroluminescente qui comprend une pluralité de nanostructures qui sont capables d'émettre de la lumière en ayant un courant électrique injecté dans celle-ci; et un transistor qui est agencé de façon à correspondre à l'unité électroluminescente, et qui commande la quantité d'un courant électrique à injecter dans les nanostructures.
