Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a resin composition having exceptional heat resistance over an extended period of time, especially an exceptional retention rate of impact strength and retention rate of nominal tensile strain; and a molded article. Also provided is a resin composition that scarcely changes color tone even when placed under high temperature for an extended period of time while satisfying these retention rates. A resin composition containing 0.01-1.0 part by mass of a solubilizing agent, 0.01-1.0 part by mass of a phenolic antioxidant represented by formula (1), 0.01-1.0 part by mass of a phosphorus antioxidant, and 0.01-1.0 part by mass of an amine antioxidant per 100 parts by mass of a resin component comprising 10-60 parts by mass of polyphenylene ether resin and 90-40 parts by mass of polyamide resin, the mass ratio of phenolic antioxidant represented by formula (1)/phosphorus antioxidant/amine antioxidant in the resin composition being 1/0.1-2.0/0.1-2.0.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une composition de résine ayant une exceptionnelle résistance à la chaleur sur une période de temps prolongée, en particulier un exceptionnel taux de rétention de la résistance au choc et taux de rétention de la contrainte en traction nominale ; et un article moulé. L'invention concerne également une composition de résine qui se décolore rarement même quand elle est exposée à une température élevée pendant une période de temps prolongée tout en satisfaisant ces taux de rétention. Une composition de résine est en outre décrite où ladite composition de résine contient de 0,01 à 1,0 partie en poids d'un agent de solubilisation, de 0,01à 1,0 partie en poids d'un antioxydant phénolique représenté par la formule (1), de 0,01 à 1,0 partie en poids d'un antioxydant phosphoré, et de 0,01 à 1,0 partie en poids d'un antioxydant aminé pour 100 parties en poids d'un composant de résine comprenant de 10 à 60 parties en poids de résine éther de polyphénylène et de 90 à 40 parties en poids de résine polyamide, où le rapport en poids de l'antioxydant phénolique représenté par la formule (1)/antioxydant phosphoré/antioxydant aminé dans la composition de résine est de 1/0,1 à 2,0/0,1 à 2,0.
(JA) 長時間に渡る耐熱性、特に、衝撃強度の保持率や引張呼びひずみの保持率に優れた樹脂組成物、および成形品の提供。さらには、これらの保持率を満たしつつ、長時間高温下に置かれても色調が変化しにくい樹脂組成物の提供。ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂10~60質量部とポリアミド樹脂90~40質量部とからなる樹脂成分100質量部に対し、相溶化剤0.01~1.0質量部と、式(1)で表されるフェノール系酸化防止剤0.01~1.0質量部と、リン系酸化防止剤0.01~1.0質量部と、アミン系酸化防止剤0.01~1.0質量部とを含み、かつ式(1)で表されるフェノール系酸化防止剤/リン系酸化防止剤/アミン系酸化防止剤の質量比率が1/0.1~2.0/0.1~2.0である、樹脂組成物。
