Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a filled container is characterized by including: a step for preparing a metal-made storage container in which at least an inner surface thereof is formed from manganese steel and the surface roughness Rmax of the inner surface is 10 µm or less; a fluorination step for bringing the inner surface of the storage container into contact with a gas including at least one species of first fluorine-containing gas selected from the group consisting of ClF3, IF7, BrF5, F2, and WF6 at a temperature of 50°C or less; a step for replacing the inside of the storage container with an inert gas; and a step for filling the inside of the storage container with at least one species of second fluorine-containing gas selected from the group consisting of ClF3, IF7, BrF5, F2, and WF6.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un récipient rempli qui est caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend : une étape de préparation d’un récipient de stockage constitué de métal dans lequel au moins une surface interne de celui-ci est formée d’acier au manganèse et la rugosité de surface Rmax de la surface interne est de 10 µm ou moins ; une étape de mise en contact de la surface interne du récipient de stockage avec un gaz comprenant au moins une espèce de premier gaz contenant du fluor choisi dans le groupe constitué de ClF3, IF7, BrF5, F2 et WF6 à une température de 50 °C ou moins ; une étape de remplacement de l’intérieur du récipient de stockage par un gaz inerte ; et une étape de remplissage de l’intérieur du récipient de stockage avec au moins une espèce de deuxième gaz contenant du fluor choisi dans le groupe constitué de ClF3, IF7, BrF5, F2 et WF6.
