Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an integrally-moulded body obtained by fixing a sound-absorption member to a substrate without the use of an adhesive; and a method for producing said integrally-moulded body. The provided integrally-moulded body comprises a sheet-like foam-moulded body and a porous sound-absorption member, the foam-moulded body comprising a prescribed surface, and the sound-absorption member being fixed by an anchoring effect to part of the prescribed surface on the foam-moulded body.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un corps moulé d'un seul tenant obtenu par fixation d'un élément d'absorption acoustique sur un substrat sans l'utilisation d'un adhésif ; et un procédé de production dudit corps moulé d'un seul tenant. Le corps moulé d'un seul tenant comprend un corps moulé en mousse de type feuille et un élément d'absorption acoustique poreux, le corps moulé en mousse comprenant une surface prescrite, et l'élément d'absorption acoustique étant fixé par un effet d'ancrage à une partie de la surface prescrite sur le corps moulé en mousse.
(JA) 接着剤を使用せずに吸音部材が基材に固着されてなる一体成形体及びその製造方法を提供すること。 シート状の発泡成形体と、多孔体である吸音部材とを備え、前記発泡成形体は、所定面を備え、前記吸音部材は、前記発泡成形体における前記所定面の一部とアンカー効果により固着されている、一体成形体が提供される。
