Abstract:
(EN) The sealed battery according to the present invention includes: an electrode assembly having a laminated structure in which a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator are stacked; and a first clip. The positive electrode has a positive electrode current collector sheet and a positive electrode active material layer, and the negative electrode has a negative electrode current collector sheet and a negative electrode active material layer. The electrode assembly has a positive electrode extending portion formed by the positive electrode current collector sheets overlapping with each other and extending from the laminated structure, and a negative electrode extending portion formed by the negative electrode current collector sheets overlapping with each other and extending from the laminated structure. The first clip is provided to sandwich and bundle one of the positive electrode extending portion and the negative electrode extending portion between first and second plate portions and has a first pinch opening. The positive electrode extending portion or the negative electrode extending portion bundled by the first clip has a first bent portion formed by bending the current collector sheets with the end portion of the first or second plate portion in the first pinch opening as a fulcrum.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une batterie étanche qui inclut : un ensemble d’électrodes comprenant une structure stratifiée dans laquelle sont empilés une électrode positive, une électrode négative, et un séparateur ; et une première pince. L’électrode positive a une feuille de collecteur de courant d’électrode positive et une couche de matériau actif d’électrode positive, et l’électrode négative a une feuille de collecteur de courant d’électrode négative et une couche de matériau actif d’électrode négative. L’ensemble d’électrodes a une partie d’extension d’électrode positive formée par les feuilles de collecteur de courant d’électrode positive qui se superposent et s’étendant depuis la structure stratifiée, et une partie d’extension d’électrode négative formée par les feuilles de collecteur de courant d’électrode négative qui se superposent et s’étendant depuis la stratification stratifiée. La première pince est disposée pour intercaler et lier une partie parmi la partie d’extension d’électrode positive et la partie d’extension d’électrode négative entre de première et deuxième parties de plaques et a une première ouverture de pincement. La partie d’extension d’électrode positive ou la partie d’extension d’électrode négative liée par la première pince a une première partie courbée formée en courbant les feuilles de collecteur de courant avec la partie d’extrémité de la première ou de la deuxième partie de plaque dans la première ouverture de pincement en tant que pivot.
(JA) 本発明の密閉型電池は、正極と負極とセパレータとが重ねられた積層構造を有する電極集合体と第1クリップとを備える。正極は正極集電シートと正極活物質層とを有し、負極は負極集電シートと負極活物質層とを有する。電極集合体は積層構造から正極集電シートが重なって延出した正極延出部を有しかつ積層構造から負極集電シートが重なって延出した負極延出部を有する。第1クリップは正極延出部及び負極延出部のうちどちらか一方を第1及び第2板部の間に挟み束ねるように設けられかつ第1挟み口を有する。第1クリップにより束ねられた正極延出部又は負極延出部は第1挟み口における第1又は第2板部の端部を支点として集電シートを折り曲げることにより形成された第1折り曲げ部を有する。
