Abstract:
(EN) This aluminum alloy brazing sheet for a heat exchanger is characterized by comprising a four-layer material in which an air-side brazing filler layer, an intermediate layer, a core material and an inner brazing filler layer are cladded and laminated, wherein: the intermediate layer is composed of an aluminum alloy containing 0.2-0.35 mass% of Mn (exclusive of 0.35), at most 0.6 mass% of Si, at most 0.7 mass% of Fe, at most 0.1 mass% of Cu, and the remainder comprising Al and inevitable impurities; the core material is composed of an aluminum alloy containing at most 1.2 mass% of Si, at most 1.0 mass% of Fe,0.3-1.0 mass% of Cu, 0.5-2.0 mass% of Mn, and the remainder comprising Al and inevitable impurities; and the air-side brazing filler layer and the inner brazing filler layer are composed of an aluminum alloy containing 4-13 mass% of Si, and the remainder comprising Al and inevitable impurities. The present invention can provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet for producing a member of a heat exchanger with excellent corrosion resistance.
(FR) La feuille de brasage en alliage d'aluminium pour échangeur de chaleur selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un matériau à quatre couches dans lequel une couche de charge de brasage côté air, une couche intermédiaire, un matériau de noyau et une couche de charge de brasage interne sont plaqués et stratifiés, la couche intermédiaire étant composée d'un alliage d'aluminium contenant de 0,2 à 0,35 % en masse de Mn (à l'exclusion de 0,35), 0,6 % en masse au plus de Si, 0,7 % en masse au plus de Fe, 0,1 % en masse au plus de Cu, le reste comprenant de l'aluminium et des impuretés inévitables ; le matériau de noyau est composé d'un alliage d'aluminium contenant 1,2 % en masse au plus de Si, 1,0 % en masse au plus de Fe, de 0,3 à 1,0 % en masse de Cu, de 0,5 à 2,0 % en masse de Mn, le reste comprenant de l'aluminium et des impuretés inévitables ; et la couche de charge de brasage côté air et la couche de charge de brasage interne sont composées d'un alliage d'aluminium contenant 4 à 13 % en masse de Si, le reste comprenant de l'aluminium et des impuretés inévitables. La présente invention peut fournir une feuille de brasage en alliage d'aluminium pour produire un élément d'échangeur de chaleur ayant une excellente résistance à la corrosion.
(JA) 空気側ろう材層と中間層と心材と内側ろう材層がクラッドされて積層されている4層材であり、該中間層は、Mnを0.2質量%以上0.35質量%未満、Siを0.6質量%以下、Feを0.7質量%以下、Cuを0.1質量%以下含有し、残部がAlと不可避的不純物からなるアルミニウム合金であり、該心材は、Siを1.2質量%以下、Feを1.0質量%以下、Cuを0.3質量%以上1.0質量%以下、Mnを0.5質量%以上2.0質量%以下含有し、残部がAlと不可避的不純物からなるアルミニウム合金であり、該空気側ろう材層及び該内側ろう材層は、Siを4質量%以上13質量%以下含有し、残部がAlと不可避的不純物からなるアルミニウム合金であること、を特徴とする熱交換器用アルミニウム合金ブレージングシート。 本発明によれば、優れた耐食性を有する熱交換器の部材作製用のアルミニウム合金ブレージングシートを提供することができる。
