Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a novel method and material that enable nano- and micro-scale quantitative thermal control of a wet biological sample such as cells or biological tissues. The present invention comprises: a step for disposing a heat-generating material, which converts energy applied from the outside into heat, and a temperature-sensing material, which generates a physical signal that changes according to the temperature, in the vicinity of an object to be heated; a step for applying energy from the outside to the heat-generating material to cause the heat-generating material to generate heat, and observing the physical signal produced by the temperature-sensing material to thereby detect the temperature of the temperature-sensing material; and a step for adjusting the quantity of energy applied to the heat-generating material on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature-sensing material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé et un nouveau matériau qui permettent une régulation thermique quantitative à l'échelle nanométrique et micrométrique d'un échantillon biologique humide tel que des cellules ou des tissus biologiques. La présente invention comprend : une étape de disposition d'un matériau générant de la chaleur, qui convertit l'énergie appliquée depuis l'extérieur en chaleur, et un matériau de détection de température, qui génère un signal physique qui change en fonction de la température, au voisinage d'un objet à chauffer ; une étape d’application de l'énergie de l'extérieur au matériau de génération de chaleur pour amener le matériau de génération de chaleur à générer de la chaleur, et d’observation du signal physique produit par le matériau de détection de température pour détecter la température du matériau de détection de température ; et une étape d’ajustement de la quantité d'énergie appliquée au matériau de génération de chaleur sur la base de la température détectée par le matériau de détection de température.
