Abstract:
(EN) This graphene nanostructure comprises: a nanographene; a π-conjugated functional group bonded to the nanographene via a pyrazine skeleton; and one or two or more of a Br group and/or a CN group introduced into the π-conjugated functional group. The graphene nanostructure preferably has an average size of 1 to 100 nm, a bandgap of 0.01 to 1.2 eV, and/or a HOMO level of -6.0 to -4.0 eV. The π-conjugated functional group into which the Br group and/or the CN group is introduced is preferably a 4-bromobenzene group, a 4,5-dibromobenzene group, a 5-bromopyridine group, a 5-bromopyrazine group, a benzonitrile group, a phthalonitrile group, or a 2,3-dicyanopyrazine group.
(FR) Cette nanostructure de graphène comprend : un nanographène ; un groupe fonctionnel π-conjugué lié au nanographène par l'intermédiaire d'un squelette de pyrazine ; et un ou deux ou plus d'un groupe Br et/ou d'un groupe CN introduit dans le groupe fonctionnel π-conjugué. La nanostructure de graphène a de préférence une taille moyenne de 1 à 100 nm, une bande interdite de 0,01 à 1,2 eV et/ou un niveau HOMO de -6,0 à 4,0 eV. Le groupe fonctionnel π-conjugué dans lequel le groupe Br et/ou le groupe CN est introduit est de préférence un groupe 4-bromobenzène, un groupe 4,5-dibromobenzène, un groupe 5-bromopyridine, un groupe 5-bromopyrazine, un groupe benzonitrile, un groupe phtalonitrile, ou un groupe 2,3-dicyanopyrazine.
(JA) グラフェンナノ構造体は、ナノグラフェンと、ピラジン骨格を介して前記ナノグラフェンに結合しているπ共役性官能基と、前記π共役性官能基に導入された1又は2以上のBr基及び/又はCN基とを備えている。グラフェンナノ構造体は、平均サイズが1nm以上100nm以下であるもの、バンドギャップが0.01eV以上1.2eV以下であるもの、及び/又は、HOMO準位が-6.0eV以上-4.0eV以下であるものが好ましい。前記Br基及び/又は前記CN基が導入された前記π共役性官能基は、4-ブロモベンゼン基、4,5-ジブロモベンゼン基、5-ブロモピリジン基、5-ブロモピラジン基、ベンゾニトリル基、フタロニトリル基、又は、2,3-ジシアノピラジン基が好ましい。
