Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a water repellent composition which does not use a fluorine-containing monomer, especially a fluoroalkyl group-containing monomer. A water repellent composition which contains (1) (a) a polymer which has a repeating unit derived from an amide group-containing monomer that is represented by formula AA (wherein R1 represents an organic residue having an ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable group; R2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 7-30 carbon atoms; and R3 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1-5 carbon atoms) in an amount of 2-100% by weight relative to the polymer, and (2) a liquid medium.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition hydrofuge qui n'utilise pas de monomère contenant du fluor, en particulier un monomère contenant un groupe fluoroalkyle. L'invention porte sur une composition hydrofuge qui contient (1) (a) un polymère qui présente un motif récurrent dérivé d'un monomère contenant un groupe amide qui est représenté par la formule AA (dans laquelle R1 représente un résidu organique présentant un groupe polymérisable éthyléniquement insaturé ; R2 représente un groupe hydrocarboné comprenant 7-30 atomes de carbone ; et R3 représente un groupe hydrocarboné comprenant 1-5 atomes de carbone) en une quantité de 2-100 % en poids par rapport au polymère, et (2) un milieu liquide.
