Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of finding a component inhibiting nonspecific coagulation of sensitized or unsensitized insoluble carrier particles and of providing a degradation preventing means for an immunoassay reagent containing the insoluble carrier particles when the immunoassay reagent is frozen. To resolve the problem, the present invention provides: an immunoassay reagent which uses insoluble carrier particles and is characterized by obtaining ω-amino carboxylic acid (1) (in the formula, n is an integer of 2-6.) as a component inhibiting nonspecific coagulation of said insoluble carrier particles and by containing said ω-amino carboxylic acid (1); and a method for preventing the degradation of an immunoassay reagent by using said ω-amino carboxylic acid (1).
(FR) La présente invention vise à proposer un composant inhibant la coagulation non spécifique de particules de support insolubles sensibilisées ou non sensibilisées et à fournir un moyen de prévention de dégradation pour un réactif de dosage immunologique contenant les particules porteuses insolubles lorsque le réactif de dosage immunologique est congelé. La présente invention concerne par conséquent un réactif de dosage immunologique qui utilise des particules de support insolubles et est caractérisé par l'obtention d'acide ω-amino carboxylique (1) (dans la formule, n est un nombre entier de 2 à 6)en tant que composant inhibant la coagulation non spécifique desdites particules de support insolubles et par le fait qu'il contient ledit acide ω-amino carboxylique (1). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour empêcher la dégradation d'un réactif de dosage immunologique en utilisant ledit acide ω-amino carboxylique (1).
(JA) 感作又は未感作の不溶性担体粒子を含有する免疫測定用試薬が凍結した場合の、当該不溶性担体粒子の非特異的な凝集を抑制する成分を見出し、当該免疫測定試薬の劣化防止手段を提供することを課題とし、上記の不溶性担体粒子の非特異的な凝集を抑制する成分として、下記のω-アミノカルボン酸(1): [式中、nは2-6の整数である。] を得て、当該ω-アミノカルボン酸(1)を含有することを特徴とする不溶性担体粒子を用いた免疫測定用試薬と、当該ω-アミノカルボン酸(1)を用いる免疫測定用試薬の劣化防止方法を提供する。
