Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a negative electrode active material for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, the material including negative electrode active material particles. The negative electrode active material particles contain silicon compound particles including a silicon compound (SiOx:0.5 ≤ x ≤ 1.6). The silicon compound particles contain an Li-compound. The silicon compound particles are at least partly coated with a carbon material. The negative electrode active material particles are such that, when a measurement is taken by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS), an O-component fragment and a CH-component fragment are detected. The O-component fragment has a peak intensity A, and the CH-component fragment has a peak intensity B, where 0.5 ≤ A/B ≤ 100. In this way, a negative electrode active material for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with which it is possible to increase battery capacity and improve cycle characteristics and battery initial efficiency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau actif d'électrode négative pour batterie rechargeable à électrolyte non aqueux, le matériau comprenant des particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative. Ces particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative comprennent des particules de composé de silicium comprenant un composé de silicium (SiOx : 0,5 ≤ x ≤ 1,6). Les particules de composé de silicium contiennent un composé Li. Les particules de composé de silicium sont au moins partiellement revêtues d'un matériau carboné. Les particules de matériau actif d'électrode négative sont telles que, lorsqu'une mesure est prise par spectrométrie de masse des ions secondaires à temps de vol (TOF-SIMS), un fragment de composant O et un fragment de composant CH sont détectés. Le fragment de composant O a une intensité de pic A, et le fragment de composant CH a une intensité de pic B, où 0,5 ≤ A/B ≤ 100. De cette manière, l'invention concerne un matériau actif d'électrode négative pour batterie rechargeable à électrolyte non aqueux permettant d'augmenter la capacité de la batterie et d'améliorer les caractéristiques de cycle et l'efficacité initiale de la batterie.
(JA) 本発明は、負極活物質粒子を含む非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質であって、前記負極活物質粒子は、ケイ素化合物(SiO:0.5≦x≦1.6)を含むケイ素化合物粒子を含有し、前記ケイ素化合物粒子は、Li化合物を含有し、前記ケイ素化合物粒子は、少なくともその一部を炭素材で被覆されたものであり、前記負極活物質粒子は、TOF-SIMSによる測定でO成分のフラグメント及びCH成分のフラグメントが検出され、前記O成分のフラグメントのピーク強度Aが、前記CH成分のフラグメントのピーク強度Bに対して、0.5≦A/B≦100である非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質である。これにより、電池容量を増加させ、サイクル特性、電池初期効率を向上させることが可能な非水電解質二次電池用負極活物質が提供される。
