Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a three-dimensional structure with biological activity wherein the surface of a three-dimensional structure main body has recesses and/or protrusions and is covered with a coating film comprising a hydrolysis product of a titanium alkoxide with high adhesion strength; and a production method therefor. This three-dimensional structure with biological activity comprises: a three-dimensional structure main body having recesses and/or protrusions on the surface and comprising a polymer; and a 10-200 nm thick coating film formed on the surface of the three-dimensional structure main body and comprising a hydrolysis product of a titanium alkoxide. When the recesses and/or protrusions on the surface of the three-dimensional structure are observed with a scanning electron microscope at a magnification of 300, no cracks or separation of the coating film is observed. The coating film has biological activity when evaluated under the conditions defined by ISO 23317.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : une structure tridimensionnelle à activité biologique, la surface du corps principal de la structure tridimensionnelle comportant des renfoncements et/ou des saillies et étant recouverte d'un film de revêtement comprenant un produit d'hydrolyse d'un alcoxyde de titane présentant une force d'adhérence élevée ; et son procédé de production. Cette structure tridimensionnelle à activité biologique comprend : un corps principal de structure tridimensionnelle comportant des renfoncements et/ou des saillies à sa surface et comprenant un polymère ; et un film de revêtement d'une épaisseur de 10 à 200 nm formé à la surface du corps principal de la structure tridimensionnelle et comprenant un produit d'hydrolyse d'un alcoxyde de titane. Lorsque les renfoncements et/ou les saillies à la surface de la structure tridimensionnelle sont observés à l'aide d'un microscope électronique à balayage à un grossissement x300, aucun décollement ou fissure du film de revêtement n'est observé. Le film de revêtement présente une activité biologique lorsqu'il est évalué dans les conditions définies par la norme ISO 23317.
(JA) 本発明は、表面に凹部及び/又は凸部を有する立体構造物本体の表面に、チタンアルコキシド加水分解生成物よりなる被覆膜が高い密着強度で被覆されてなる生体活性を有する立体構造物及びその製造方法を提供することを課題とする。 本発明の生体活性を有する立体構造物は、表面に凹部及び/又は凸部を有するポリマーよりなる立体構造物本体と、この立体構造物本体の表面に形成された、厚みが10~200nmであるチタンアルコキシド加水分解生成物よりなる被覆膜とを有してなり、前記被覆膜は、立体構造物の表面における凹部及び/又は凸部を走査型電子顕微鏡で300倍の倍率で観察したときに被覆膜の割れ剥がれが認められず、ISO23317で規定された条件において評価を行ったときに、生体活性を有するものである。
