Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a three-dimensional structure in which a coating film having a uniform film thickness and good adhesive properties is obtained even if a three-dimensional structure body has recesses and/or protrusions, and thus the coating film does not peel off even after long-term use, and which has high durability; a method for manufacturing the three-dimensional structure; and a coating device that can be appropriately used in the manufacturing method. The three-dimensional structure according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a three-dimensional structure body having, on the surface thereof, recesses and/or protrusions; and a coating film which is formed on the surface of the three-dimensional structure body having the recesses and/or protrusions, and has a thickness of 10-300 nm, wherein the coating film is made of a metal or non-mental alkoxide hydrolyzate, and observation of a region positioned on the surface of the three-dimensional structure body having the recesses and/or protrusions with a scanning electron microscope at 300 times magnification reveals the absence of peeling of the coating film.
(FR) L'invention concerne : une structure tridimensionnelle dans laquelle un film de revêtement ayant une épaisseur de film uniforme et de bonnes propriétés adhésives est obtenu même si un corps de structure tridimensionnelle a des renfoncements et/ou des saillies, et par conséquent le film de revêtement ne se détache pas même après une utilisation à long terme, et qui présente une durabilité élevée ; un procédé de fabrication de la structure tridimensionnelle ; et un dispositif de revêtement qui peut être utilisé de manière appropriée dans le procédé de fabrication. La structure tridimensionnelle selon la présente invention est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : un corps de structure tridimensionnelle ayant, à sa surface, des renfoncements et/ou des saillies ; et un film de revêtement qui est formé à la surface du corps de structure tridimensionnelle ayant les renfoncements et/ou les saillies, et a une épaisseur comprise entre 10 et 300 nm, le film de revêtement étant constitué d'un hydrolysat d'alcoxyde métallique ou non métallique, et l'observation d'une région située à la surface du corps de structure tridimensionnelle ayant les renfoncements et/ou les saillies avec un microscope électronique à balayage à un grossissement de 300 fois révélant l'absence de décollement du film de revêtement.
(JA) 立体構造物本体が凹部及び/又は凸部を有するものであっても、膜厚が均一で密着性が良好な被覆膜が得られ、従って、長期間の使用によっても被覆膜が剥離することがなく、高い耐久性を有する立体構造物及びその製造方法、並びにこの製造方法に好適に使用することができる被覆処理装置を提供する。 本発明の立体構造物は、表面に凹部及び/又は凸部を有する立体構造物本体と、この立体構造物本体における凹部及び/又は凸部を含む表面に形成された、厚みが10~300nmの被覆膜とを有してなり、前記被覆膜は、金属又は非金属のアルコキシド加水分解生成物よりなり、前記被覆膜は、前記立体構造物本体における凹部及び/又は凸部の表面上に位置する部分を走査型電子顕微鏡で300倍の倍率で観察したときに、当該被覆膜の剥離が認められないものであることを特徴とする。
