Abstract:
(EN) The objective of the present invention is to provide a versatile method that makes highly sensitive detection of nucleic acid, and the like, possible even if a solution has a high salt concentration. This objective has been achieved through a method for detecting a substance of interest in a solution through EIS impedance measurement, wherein the solution includes at least the substance of interest, an impedance observation substance A, and a substance B for causing the charge mobility of the impedance observation substance to vary, and the substance B for causing the charge mobility to vary has a property of being taken into the substance of interest.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé polyvalent qui permet une détection hautement sensible d'un acide nucléique, et similaires, qui est possible même si une solution présente une concentration élevée en sel. L'objectif a été atteint grâce à un procédé de détection d'une substance d'intérêt dans une solution par mesure d'impédance EIS, la solution comprenant au moins la substance d'intérêt, une substance d'observation d'impédance A, et une substance B pour faire varier la mobilité des charges de la substance d'observation d'impédance, et la substance B pour faire varier la mobilité des charges ayant une propriété d'être prise dans la substance d'intérêt.
(JA) 溶液が高塩濃度であっても、高感度に核酸等が検出できる汎用性のある方法を提供することを目的とする。 この目的は、EIS法によるインピーダンスを測定することによって、溶液中に存在する対象物質を検出する方法であって、該溶液中には、少なくとも対象物質、インピーダンス観測物質A、該インピーダンス観測物質Aの電荷移動性を変動させる物質Bが存在し、該電荷移動性を変動させる物質Bが、該対象物質に取り込まれる性質を有するものである、EIS法による溶液中に存在する対象物質の検出方法によって達成された。
