Abstract:
(EN) A compressed air storage electricity generating device 10 is provided with an electricity demand receiving unit 60 which receives an electricity demand value of a consumer facility 3. Further, the device 10 is provided with: a first air supply valve 21a for adjusting a flow rate of compressed air supplied from a low-pressure tank 14 to an expander 16; a second air supply valve 21b for adjusting a flow rate of compressed air supplied from a high-pressure tank 15 to the expander 16; and a control device 22 which opens the first air supply valve 21a in accordance with the electricity demand value, with the second air supply valve closed, if the electricity demand value is less than a certain threshold, and opens the second air supply valve 21b in accordance with the electricity demand value if the electricity demand value is equal to or greater than the certain threshold.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de génération d'électricité à stockage d'air comprimé (10) pourvu d'une unité de réception de demande d'électricité (60) qui reçoit une valeur de demande d'électricité d'une installation de consommateur (3). Le dispositif (10) comprend en outre : une première vanne d'alimentation en air (21a) destinée à régler un débit d'air comprimé délivré depuis un réservoir à basse pression (14) à un détendeur (16) ; une deuxième vanne d'alimentation en air (21b) destinée à régler un débit d'air comprimé délivré depuis un réservoir à haute pression (15) au détendeur (16) ; et un dispositif de commande (22) qui ouvre la première vanne d'alimentation en air (21a) en fonction de la valeur de demande d'électricité, la deuxième vanne d'alimentation en air étant fermée si la valeur de demande d'électricité est inférieure à un certain seuil, et ouvre la deuxième vanne d'alimentation en air (21b) en fonction de la valeur de demande d'électricité si la valeur de demande d'électricité est égale ou supérieure au certain seuil.
(JA) 圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置１０は、需要家設備３の電力需要値を受信する電力需要受信部６０を備える。また、装置１０は、低圧タンク１４から膨張機１６に供給する圧縮空気の流量を調整する第１給気弁２１ａと、高圧タンク１５から膨張機１６に供給する圧縮空気の流量を調整する第２給気弁２１ｂと、電力需要値が所定の閾値未満である場合、前記第２給気弁を閉じた状態で電力需要値に応じて第１給気弁２１ａを開き、電力需要値が所定の閾値以上である場合、電力需要値に応じて第２給気弁２１ｂを開く制御装置２２とを備える。
