Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: an easily-torn film that has excellent straight-line cutability; a multilayer film; a packaging material; and a container. An easily-torn film that comprises a drawn polyamide resin film that includes a polyamide resin component that comprises: more than 20 parts by mass but no more than 70 parts by mass of a semi-aromatic polyamide resin A; and at least 30 parts by mass but less than 80 parts by mass of an aliphatic polyamide resin B. The semi-aromatic polyamide resin A is configured from diamine-derived structural units and dicarboxylic-acid-derived structural units. At least 60 mol% of the diamine-derived structural units are derived from meta xylene diamine, and at least 60 mol% of the dicarboxylic-acid-derived structural units are derived from C4–10 α,ω-straight-chain aliphatic dicarboxylic acids. When a TD-direction cross-section of the polyamide resin film has undergone planar ion milling, the area fraction that corresponds to the semi-aromatic polyamide resin A as observed by secondary electron image observation is at least 9.8%.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un film facilement déchiré qui présente une excellente aptitude au découpage en ligne droite ; un film multicouche ; un matériau d'emballage ; et un récipient. L'invention porte sur un film facilement déchiré qui comprend un film étiré de résine de polyamide qui comprend un constituant de résine de polyamide comprenant : plus de 20 parties en masse mais pas plus de 70 parties en masse d'une résine de polyamide semi-aromatique A ; et au moins 30 parties en masse mais moins de 80 parties en masse d'une résine de polyamide aliphatique B. La résine de polyamide semi-aromatique A est conçue à partir de motifs structuraux dérivés de diamine et de motifs structuraux dérivés d'acide dicarboxylique. Au moins 60 % en mole des motifs structuraux dérivés de diamine sont dérivés de méta-xylènediamine et au moins 60 % en mole des motifs structuraux dérivés de l'acide dicarboxylique sont dérivés d'acides α,ω-dicarboxyliques aliphatiques linéaires en C4 – 10. Lorsqu'une section transversale de direction TD du film de résine de polyamide a subi une gravure ionique planaire, la fraction de surface qui correspond à la résine de polyamide semi-aromatique A telle qu'observée par observation d'image électronique secondaire est d'au moins 9,8 %.
(JA) 直線カット性に優れた易裂性フィルム、ならびに、多層フィルム、包装材料および容器の提供。20質量部を超え70質量部以下の半芳香族ポリアミド樹脂Aと、80質量部未満30質量部以上の脂肪族ポリアミド樹脂Bとからなるポリアミド樹脂成分を含み、半芳香族ポリアミド樹脂Aがジアミン由来の構成単位とジカルボン酸由来の構成単位とから構成され、ジアミン由来の構成単位の60モル%以上がメタキシリレンジアミンに由来し、ジカルボン酸由来の構成単位の60モル%以上が炭素数4~10のα,ω-直鎖脂肪族ジカルボン酸に由来するポリアミド樹脂フィルムであって、ポリアミド樹脂フィルムのTD方向の断面を平面イオンミリングした後、二次電子像観察で観察される半芳香族ポリアミド樹脂Aに対応する面積分率が9.8%以上であるポリアミド樹脂フィルムが延伸されている易裂性フィルム。
