Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a beer-taste beverage, which includes at least a preparation step and a filtration step, wherein the preparation step includes adding an enzyme preparation to a solution containing a raw material and the filtration step includes adding activated carbon to the solution that has been subjected to the preparation step to treat the solution with activated carbon.
