Abstract:
(EN) This image monitoring device is provided with: a maximum value/minimum value calculation unit; a flat block determination unit; a flat block counting unit; and a dirt adhesion determination unit. The maximum value/minimum value calculation unit calculates, for each of a plurality of blocks set in one frame in a video signal obtained through a lens, the maximum value and the minimum value of the brightness of each of a plurality of pixels which form each of the plurality of blocks. The flat block determination unit determines whether the brightness of each of the plurality of blocks is flat on the basis of the maximum value and the minimum value of each of the plurality of blocks. The flat block counting unit counts the number of blocks in which the brightness is flat in the one frame. The dirt adhesion determination unit determines whether dirt has adhered to the lens on the basis of the number of blocks in which the brightness is flat.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance d'image comprenant : une unité de calcul de valeur maximale/valeur minimale ; une unité de détermination de blocs plats ; une unité de comptage de blocs plats ; et une unité de détermination d'adhérence de saleté. L'unité de calcul de valeur maximale/valeur minimale calcule, pour chaque bloc d'une pluralité de blocs définis dans une trame d'un signal vidéo obtenu par l'intermédiaire d'un objectif, la valeur maximale et la valeur minimale de la luminosité de chacun d'une pluralité de pixels qui forment chacun de la pluralité de blocs. L'unité de détermination de blocs plats détermine si la luminosité de chacun de la pluralité de blocs est plate sur la base de la valeur maximale et de la valeur minimale de chacun de la pluralité de blocs. L'unité de comptage de blocs plats compte le nombre de blocs dans lesquels la luminosité est plate dans la trame. L'unité de détermination d'adhérence de saleté détermine si la saleté a adhéré à l'objectif sur la base du nombre de blocs dans lesquels la luminosité est plate.
(JA) 画像監視装置は、最大値最小値算出部と、平坦ブロック判定部と、平坦ブロック計数部と、汚れ付着判定部とを有する。最大値最小値算出部は、レンズを通して得られた映像信号のうちの1フレーム内に設定される複数のブロックのそれぞれについて、複数のブロックのそれぞれを構成する複数の画素の、輝度の最大値および最小値を各々算出する。平坦ブロック判定部は、複数のブロックのそれぞれについて、最大値および最小値に基づいて、複数のブロックのそれぞれの輝度が平坦か否かを判定する。平坦ブロック計数部は、1フレーム内で輝度が平坦なブロックの数を計数する。汚れ付着判定部は、輝度が平坦なブロックの数に基づいてレンズに汚れが付着しているか否かを判定する。
