Abstract:
(EN) This display device comprises: a first region wherein a plurality of pixels is disposed, that comprises an organic insulation layer, a first inorganic insulation layer, and a second inorganic insulation layer; and a second region into which the organic insulation layer, the first inorganic insulation layer, and the second inorganic insulation layer extend from the first region. The second region further contains a groove section provided in the organic insulation layer, and a protective film disposed to be in contact with the upper surface of the second inorganic insulation layer. The first inorganic insulation layer and the second inorganic insulation layer cover the side surfaces and the bottom surface of the groove section. The protective film overlaps with the upper surface of the organic insulation layer, and the upper end sections and a part of the side surfaces of the groove section. The ratio of the groove section height over the width of the groove section bottom surface is between 2 and 5 inclusive.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage comprenant : une première région dans laquelle une pluralité de pixels est disposée, qui comprend une couche d'isolation organique, une première couche d'isolation inorganique et une seconde couche d'isolation inorganique ; et une seconde région dans laquelle la couche d'isolation organique, la première couche d'isolation inorganique et la seconde couche d'isolation inorganique s'étendent à partir de la première région. La seconde région contient en outre une section de rainure disposée dans la couche d'isolation organique, et un film de protection disposé de façon à être en contact avec la surface supérieure de la seconde couche d'isolation inorganique.
