Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is a silicone rubber composition characterized by containing (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 100 or higher and having two or more alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms per molecule, (B) 10-100 parts by mass of reinforcing silica having a specific surface area by the BET method of 50 m2/g or higher, (C) 0.01-10 parts by mass of a lanthanum oxide-cerium oxide solid solution, and (D) 0.1-10 parts by mass of a curing catalyst. There is thereby provided a silicone rubber composition that yields silicone rubber having exceptional heat resistance that undergoes little change in physical properties even when exposed to high temperatures.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc de silicone, caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient (A) 100 parties en masse d'un organopolysiloxane possédant un degré de polymérisation supérieur ou égal à 100 et possédant deux groupes alcényle ou plus liés à des atomes de silicium par molécule, (B) 10 à 100 parties en masse de silice de renforcement possédant une surface spécifique par la méthode BET supérieure ou égale à 50 m2/g, (C) 0,01 à 10 parties en masse d'une solution solide d'oxyde de lanthane-oxyde de cérium et (D) 0,1 à 10 parties en masse d'un catalyseur de durcissement. On obtient ainsi une composition de caoutchouc de silicone qui produit du caoutchouc de silicone possédant une résistance à la chaleur exceptionnelle, qui subit peu de changement de propriétés physiques même lorsqu'il est exposé à des températures élevées.
(JA) 本発明は、(A)重合度が100以上であって、1分子中にケイ素原子に結合したアルケニル基を2個以上有するオルガノポリシロキサン:100質量部、(B)BET法による比表面積が50m/g以上である補強性シリカ:10~100質量部、(C)酸化ランタン-酸化セリウム固溶体:0.01~10質量部、及び(D)硬化触媒:0.1~10質量部、を含有することを特徴とするシリコーンゴム組成物である。これにより、高温に暴露されても物理的特性の変化の少ない、耐熱性に優れたシリコーンゴムを与えるシリコーンゴム組成物が提供される。
