Abstract:
(EN) This transmissive photocathode is provided with: a light-transmitting substrate that has a first surface on which light is incident and a second surface from which the light having been incident on the first surface exits; a photoelectric conversion layer which is arranged on the second surface side of the light-transmitting substrate, and which converts the light exited from the second surface into photoelectrons; a light-transmitting conductive layer which is formed of a single graphene layer that is arranged between the light-transmitting substrate and the photoelectric conversion layer; and a thermal stress relaxation layer which is arranged between the photoelectric conversion layer and the light-transmitting conductive layer, and which has light transmission properties. The thermal expansion coefficient of the thermal stress relaxation layer is lower than the thermal expansion coefficient of the photoelectric conversion layer but higher than the thermal expansion coefficient of graphene.
(FR) L'invention concerne une photocathode transmissive comprenant : un substrat transmettant la lumière qui a une première surface sur laquelle de la lumière est incidente et une seconde surface à partir de laquelle la lumière ayant été incidente sur la première surface sort; une couche de conversion photoélectrique qui est disposée sur le second côté de surface du substrat transmettant la lumière, et qui convertit la lumière sortie de la seconde surface en photoélectrons; une couche conductrice transmettant la lumière qui est formée d'une seule couche de graphène qui est disposée entre le substrat transmettant la lumière et la couche de conversion photoélectrique; et une couche de relaxation de contrainte thermique qui est disposée entre la couche de conversion photoélectrique et la couche conductrice transmettant la lumière, et qui a des propriétés de transmission de lumière. Le coefficient de dilatation thermique de la couche de relaxation de contrainte thermique est inférieur au coefficient de dilatation thermique de la couche de conversion photoélectrique mais supérieur au coefficient de dilatation thermique du graphène.
(JA) 透過型光電陰極は、光が入射する第1表面、及び第1表面側から入射した光を出射する第2表面を有する光透過性基板と、光透過性基板の第2表面側に設けられ、第2表面から出射される光を光電子に変換する光電変換層と、光透過性基板と光電変換層との間に設けられた単層のグラフェンからなる光透過性導電層と、光電変換層と光透過性導電層との間に設けられた光透過性を有する熱応力緩和層と、を備える。熱応力緩和層の熱膨張係数は、光電変換層の熱膨張係数よりも小さく、且つグラフェンの熱膨張係数よりも大きい。
