Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a medical sheet with which a surface (a portion) subjected to ion bombardment, and a surface (a portion) which has not been subjected to ion bombardment can be distinguished from each other. [Solution] When Δb refers to the difference between value b1, which is the b value of a roughened surface portion 3, and value b2, which is the b value of a second surface 7, this medical sheet has a Δb in the range of 2-11 inclusive. A production method for the medical sheet includes a surface roughening step in which ion bombardment is used to perform surface roughening treatment on a portion or the entirety of a first surface 5 of a sheet including polytetrafluoroethylene, to form a roughened surface portion 5. In the production method, the ion bombardment is performed continuously at a degree of vacuum in the range of 10-7 to 10-1 atmospheres inclusive.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une feuille médicale avec laquelle une surface (une portion) soumise à un bombardement ionique, et une surface (une portion) qui n'a pas été soumise à un bombardement ionique peuvent être distinguées l'une de l'autre. La solution selon l'invention est telle que, lorsque Δb se réfère à la différence entre la valeur b1, qui est la valeur b d'une portion de surface rugueuse (3), et une valeur b2, qui est la valeur b d'une deuxième surface (7), cette feuille médicale a un Δb compris entre 2 et 11. Un procédé de production de la feuille médicale comprend une étape de rugosification de surface dans laquelle un bombardement ionique est utilisé pour effectuer un traitement de rugosification de surface sur une portion ou la totalité d'une première surface (5) d'une feuille comprenant du polytétrafluoroéthylène, pour former une portion de surface rugueuse (5). Dans le procédé de production, le bombardement ionique est effectué en continu à un degré de vide de 10-7 à 10-1 atmosphères.
