Abstract:
(EN) The vacuum pump according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first unit and a second unit. The first unit has a rotor core, a first rotating shaft, which supports the rotor core, and which extends in one axis direction, and a pump housing that houses the first rotating shaft therein. The second unit has a cylindrical member, a stator core, a motor housing, a seal ring, and a regulation member. The cylindrical member has an open end section and a closed end section, and houses the rotor core therein. The stator core is disposed around the cylindrical member. The motor housing houses the cylindrical member and the stator core therein, and is connected to the pump housing. The seal ring is disposed between the cylindrical member and the motor housing. The regulation member is attached to the motor housing, and faces, in the one axis direction, the open end section of the cylindrical member.
(FR) La pompe à vide selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention est pourvue d’une première unité et d’une seconde unité. La première unité a un noyau de rotor, un premier arbre rotatif, qui soutient le noyau de rotor, et qui s'étend dans une direction d'axe, et un carter de pompe qui loge le premier arbre rotatif en son sein. La seconde unité a un élément cylindrique, un noyau de stator, un carter de moteur, une bague d'étanchéité et un élément de régulation. L'élément cylindrique a une section d'extrémité ouverte et une section d'extrémité fermée, et loge le noyau de rotor en son sein. Le noyau de stator est disposé autour de l'élément cylindrique. Le carter de moteur loge l'élément cylindrique et le noyau de stator en son sein, et est relié au carter de pompe. La bague d'étanchéité est disposée entre l'élément cylindrique et le carter de moteur. L'élément de régulation est fixé au carter de moteur, et fait face, dans la direction d'axe, à la section d'extrémité ouverte de l'élément cylindrique.
