Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a fiber-reinforced resin composite in which fiber-reinforced resins are joined together, which has sufficient durability, and which is capable of being manufactured at low cost; and a manufacturing device therefor. A fiber-reinforced resin composite (20) comprises a plurality of fiber-reinforced resins (10, 11) joined together, the fiber-reinforced resins (10, 11) having a resin containing a dynamic covalent bond as a matrix resin and reinforced fibers arranged inside the resin. The fiber-reinforced resins (10, 11) are sutured together using a suture thread (21), whereby the fiber-reinforced resin composites (11, 11) are joined together. The fiber-reinforced resin composite (20) is manufactured by means of a manufacturing device provided with: a suture device provided with a suture needle (22) for suturing the fiber-reinforced resins (10, 11) together using a suture thread (21); and a heating device that heats and softens a resin existing in front of and under the suture needle and/or in front of and to the rear of the suture needle in a direction of sewing by the suture device.
(FR) La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : un composite de résine renforcée par des fibres dans lequel des résines renforcées par des fibres sont jointes ensemble, qui présente une durabilité suffisante, et qui peut être fabriqué à faible coût ; et un dispositif de fabrication associé. Un composite de résine renforcée par des fibres (20) comprend une pluralité de résines renforcées par des fibres (10, 11) jointes ensemble, les résines renforcées par des fibres (10, 11) ayant une résine contenant une liaison covalente dynamique en tant que résine de matrice et des fibres renforcées disposées à l'intérieur de la résine. Les résines renforcées par des fibres (10, 11) sont suturées ensemble à l'aide d'un fil de suture (21), les composites de résine renforcées par des fibres (11, 11) étant joints ensemble. Le composite de résine renforcée par des fibres (20) est fabriqué au moyen d'un dispositif de fabrication pourvu : d'un dispositif de suture pourvu d'une aiguille de suture (22) pour suturer ensemble les résines renforcées par des fibres (10, 11) à l'aide d'un fil de suture (21) ; et un dispositif de chauffage qui chauffe et ramollit une résine présente devant et sous l'aiguille de suture et/ou devant et à l'arrière de l'aiguille de suture dans une direction de couture par le dispositif de suture.
(JA) 本発明は、繊維強化樹脂同士を接合した繊維強化樹脂複合体において十分な耐久性を有し、かつ、安価に製造可能な繊維強化樹脂複合体及びその製造装置を提供するものである。マトリックス樹脂として動的共有結合を含む樹脂と、当該樹脂の内部に配置された強化繊維とを有する繊維強化樹脂(10,11)が複数接合されることで構成され、繊維強化樹脂(10,11)同士が縫合糸(21)により縫合されることで繊維強化樹脂複合体(11,11)同士が接合している繊維強化樹脂複合体(20)とする。この繊維強化樹脂複合体(20)は、繊維強化樹脂(10,11)同士を縫合糸(21)により縫合する縫合用針(22)を備えた縫合装置と、当該縫合装置により運針される方向において、前記縫合用針の前方、下方、並びに、前記縫合用針の前方及び後方の、うちの少なくともいずれかに存在する樹脂を加熱軟化させる加熱装置とを備える製造装置により製造される。
