Abstract:
(EN) This fiber-reinforced resin (10) is a resin (1) having a dynamic covalent bond which is reversibly dissociated and bound by means of external stimulation, and a catalyst (2) for promoting the dissociation and binding of the dynamic covalent bond is carried on the surface of a fiber (3). The fiber-reinforced resin (10) is obtained by undergoing: a carrying step in which the catalyst (2) is carried on the surface of the fiber (3) by first bringing the fiber (3) into contact with an organic solvent in which the catalyst (2) is dispersed and then drying the fiber (3); and a resin contact curing step for first bringing a solution of the resin (1) into contact with the fiber (3) that was obtained through the carrying step and that carries the catalyst (2) on the surface thereof, and then curing the resin.
(FR) L'invention concerne une résine renforcée de fibres (10) qui est une résine (1) ayant une liaison covalente dynamique qui est dissociée et liée de façon réversible au moyen d'une stimulation externe et un catalyseur (2) destiné à favoriser la dissociation et la liaison de la liaison covalente dynamique porté sur la surface d'une fibre (3). La résine renforcée de fibres (10) est obtenue en subissant : une étape de support dans laquelle le catalyseur (2) est porté sur la surface de la fibre (3) d'abord par mise en contact de la fibre (3) avec un solvant organique dans lequel le catalyseur (2) est dispersé, puis par séchage de la fibre (3) ; et une étape de durcissement de contact de résine pour d'abord mettre en contact une solution de la résine (1) avec la fibre (3) qui a été obtenue par l'étape de support et qui porte le catalyseur (2) sur sa surface, puis durcir la résine.
(JA) 樹脂(1)は、外部刺激により可逆的に解離及び結合する動的共有結合を有し、繊維(3)の表面には、前記動的共有結合の解離及び結合を促進させる触媒(2)が担持されている繊維強化樹脂(10)とする。繊維強化樹脂(10)は、触媒(2)を分散させた有機溶液に繊維(3)を接触させた後に乾燥させることで、繊維(3)の表面に触媒(2)を担持させる担持工程と、当該担持工程を経て得られた、表面に触媒(2)を担持した繊維(3)に対し、樹脂(1)の溶液を接触させた後に硬化させる樹脂接触硬化工程と、を経ることで得られる。
