Abstract:
(EN) As obstacles on a track cannot be avoided by steering in rail transportation systems in which a transportation vehicle travels on the track, obstacle detection is a problem to be addressed to improve the safety and operability of transportation systems. To address this problem, the present invention provides a rail transportation system comprising a transportation vehicle which transports passengers, a safety inspection vehicle which travels before the transportation vehicle, and a communication means for providing a connection by which a travel permission signal can be communicated between the transportation vehicle and the safety inspection vehicle, wherein the transportation vehicle is provided with a braking means, and the braking means is actuated if the transportation vehicle does not receive the travel permission signal when a time-out period is exceeded.
(FR) Du fait que des obstacles sur une voie ne peuvent pas être évités par une direction dans des systèmes de transport ferroviaires dans lesquels un véhicule de transport se déplace sur la voie, la détection d'obstacles est un problème devant être traité pour améliorer la sécurité et l'aptitude à l'exploitation de systèmes de transport. A cet effet, la présente invention porte sur un système de transport ferroviaire, lequel système comprend un véhicule de transport qui transporte des passagers, un véhicule d'inspection de sécurité qui se déplace avant le véhicule de transport, et un moyen de communication pour constituer une connexion par laquelle un signal d'autorisation de déplacement peut être communiqué entre le véhicule de transport et le véhicule d'inspection de sécurité, le véhicule de transport comportant un moyen de freinage, et le moyen de freinage étant actionné si le véhicule de transport ne reçoit pas le signal d'autorisation de déplacement quand une période d'arrêt automatique a expiré.
(JA) 軌道上を輸送用車両が走行する軌道輸送システムでは、軌道上に障害物があった場合に舵による回避ができため、障害物を検知することは輸送システムの安全性や運用性を向上させるための課題であり、この課題を解決するために、乗客を輸送する輸送用車両と、前記輸送用車両に先行して走る安全確認用車両と、前記輸送用車両と前記安全確認用車両との間で進行許可信号を通信可能につなぐ通信手段とを備えた軌道輸送システムであって、前記輸送用車両は制動手段を備え、前記制動手段は、前記輸送用車両がタイムアウト時間を超えても前記進行許可信号を受信しない場合に作動する。
