Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to reduce energy consumption when producing high strength steel pipes. This piping is formed from steel, which contains 0.05-0.25 weight% of C, 0.15-0.35 weight% of Si, 0.3-1.5 weight% of Mn, 0.035 weight% or less of S and 0.030 weight% or less of P, the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. In said piping, the ferrite structure is equiaxed crystals with an average crystal grain diameter of 1.5 µm or less.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de réduire la consommation d'énergie lors de la production de tuyaux d'acier à haute résistance. La tuyauterie est formée à partir d'acier, qui contient de 0,05 à 0,25 % en poids de C, de 0,15 à 0,35 % en poids de Si, de 0,3 à 1,5 % en poids de Mn, 0,035 % en poids ou moins de S et 0,030 % en poids ou moins de P, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables. Dans ladite tuyauterie, la structure de ferrite est constituée de cristaux équiaxes possédant un diamètre de grain cristallin moyen de 1,5 µm ou moins.
(JA) 本発明は、強度が高い鋼管を製造する際のエネルギー消費量を低減することを目的とする。本発明の管材は、0.05~0.25重量%のC、0.15~0.35重量%のSi、0.3~1.5重量%のMn、0.035重量%以下のS、0.030重量%以下のPを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物である鋼材により形成されている。この管材において、フェライト組織は、平均結晶粒径が1.5μm以下の等軸結晶となっている。
