Abstract:
(EN) This nut comprises a nut main body having a plurality of nut segment accommodation parts, a plurality of nut segments respectively accommodated in the nut segment accommodation parts of the nut main body, a biasing means provided above the nut segments for biasing the nut segments toward the base surface of the nut main body, and a retaining means for retaining the nut segments and the biasing means inside the nut main body, and is characterized in that a step, with which a threaded part formed on the inside of the nut segments is made continuous, is formed on the base surface of the nut segment accommodation parts, guide parts are formed on the nut segment accommodation parts, and guide pieces, which are inserted into the guide parts and limit sliding movement of the nut segment to the linear direction, are provided on the nut segments. Since the nut segments do not slant during insertion of a bolt, this nut screws onto a bolt smoothly.
(FR) L'invention concerne un écrou comprenant un corps principal d'écrou ayant une pluralité de parties de réception de segment d'écrou, une pluralité de segments d'écrou logés respectivement dans les parties de réception de segment d'écrou du corps principal d'écrou, un moyen de sollicitation disposé au-dessus des segments d'écrou pour solliciter les segments d'écrou vers la surface de base du corps principal d'écrou, et un moyen de retenue pour retenir les segments d'écrou et le moyen de sollicitation à l'intérieur du corps principal d'écrou, et étant caractérisé en ce qu'une étape, avec laquelle une partie filetée formée sur l'intérieur des segments d'écrou est rendue continue, est formée sur la surface de base des parties de réception de segment d'écrou, des parties de guidage sont formées sur les parties de réception de segment d'écrou, et des pièces de guidage, qui sont insérées dans les parties de guidage et limitent le mouvement coulissant du segment d'écrou dans la direction linéaire, sont disposées sur les segments d'écrou. Étant donné que les segments d'écrou ne sont pas inclinés pendant l'insertion d'un boulon, cet écrou se visse sur un boulon sans à-coups.
(JA) 本発明は、ナットセグメント収納部を複数個有するナット本体と、該ナット本体のナットセグメント収納部にそれぞれ収納された複数個のナットセグメントと、該ナットセグメントの上方に設けられ、ナットセグメントをナット本体の底面方向へ付勢する付勢手段と、前記ナットセグメント及び付勢手段を前記ナット本体内部に保持する保持手段とからなるナットにおいて、前記ナットセグメント収納部の底面には、前記ナットセグメントの内側に形成されたネジ部が連続するような段差が形成されており、また、前記ナットセグメント収納部にはガイド部が形成されるとともに、前記ナットセグメントには、前記ガイド部に挿入され、ナットセグメントを直線方向にのみ摺動させるガイド片が設けられていることを特徴とするナットであって、その課題は、ボルトを押し込んだ際にナットセグメントが傾くことなく、スムーズにボルトと螺合するナットを提供することである。
