Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a vehicle interior board that is thin, lightweight, and of high strength, and that is insusceptible to degradation, detachment or the like in the vicinity of the perimeter of a metal plate, is of high quality, and provides excellent productivity; and a production method therefor. This vehicle interior board is provided with a pair of metal plates 11, 12 and a foamed polyurethane layer 13 formed between the metal plates 11, 12, wherein a projecting stripe part 16 that projects outward and extends in a prescribed direction along the exterior surface 11a is formed on an exterior surface 11a of the metal plate 11. With this configuration, the present invention is capable of achieving the desired strength and rigidity and of reducing the weight of a vehicle interior board 1 even when the metal plates 11, 12 or the foamed polyurethane layer 13 is made thin, or when a lightweight material, such as an aluminum plate, is employed for the metal plates 11, 12.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un panneau intérieur de véhicule qui est mince, léger et très résistant, et qui est insensible aux dégradations, à la séparation ou analogue au voisinage du périmètre d'une plaque métallique, est de qualité supérieure, et offre une excellente productivité ; ainsi qu'un procédé de production de ce panneau. Ce panneau intérieur de véhicule est pourvu d'une paire de plaques métalliques 11, 12 et d'une couche de polyuréthane expansé 13 formée entre les plaques métalliques 11, 12, une partie de bande saillante qui saille vers l'extérieur et s'étend dans une direction prescrite le long de la surface extérieure 11a étant formée sur une surface extérieure 11a de la plaque métallique 11. Avec cette configuration, la présente invention est capable d'obtenir la résistance et la rigidité souhaitées, et de réduire le poids d'un panneau intérieur 1 de véhicule, même lorsque les plaques métalliques 11, 12 ou la couche de polyuréthane expansé 13 sont/est amincie(s), ou lorsqu'un matériau léger, tel qu'une plaque d'aluminium, est employé pour les plaques métalliques 11, 12.
(JA) 薄くて軽量且つ高強度であり、金属板端部近傍の劣化や剥離等が少なく、高品質で、且つ生産性に優れる車両内装用ボード及びその製造方法を提供する。 一対の金属板11、12と、一対の金属板11、12の間に形成された発泡ポリウレタン層13と、を備え、金属板11の外面11aには、外側に向かって突出し外面11aに沿って所定の方向に延在する凸条部16が形成されている。これにより、金属板11、12若しくは発泡ポリウレタン層13を薄化した場合または金属板11、12として軽量なアルミニウム板等を採用した場合であっても、所望の強度及び剛性を得ることができ、車両内装用ボード1の軽量化を図ることができる。
