Abstract:
(EN) Provided are: a microbubble generation device, which utilizes a swirling flow generated by jetting of a pressurized liquid and which has excellent handleability, operability and durability as a result of a simplified configuration and structure; a microbubble generation method capable of generating large amounts of bubbles; and a shower apparatus and an oil-water separation apparatus that comprise said microbubble generation device. This microbubble generation device comprises: a cylindrical or conical pipe with a gas-liquid swirling chamber therein; a gas-liquid jetting port provided on one end of the cylindrical or conical pipe; and a liquid supply pipe and gas supply cylinder, which are provided with respective introduction ports for introducing a liquid and a gas into the gas-liquid swirling chamber. For the gas-liquid jetting port, multiple small cylindrical through holes are provided in the wall of a closed end at one end of the cylindrical or conical pipe, or multiple small concavities that have circular cross-sections and have at least a semicircular circumferential length are provided on the circumferential surface of the inner wall of an open end at one end of the cylindrical or conical pipe.
(FR) L'invention concerne : un dispositif de génération de microbulles, qui utilise un écoulement en turbulance généré par éjection d'un liquide sous pression et qui a une excellente maniabilité, exploitabilité et durabilité en conséquence d'une configuration et d'une structure simplifiées; un procédé de génération de microbulles capable de générer de grandes quantités de bulles; et un appareil de douche et un appareil de séparation huile-eau qui comprennent ledit dispositif de génération de microbulles. Ce dispositif de génération de microbulles comprend : un tuyau cylindrique ou conique avec une chambre de turbulance gaz-liquide à l'intérieur de celui-ci; un orifice d'éjection de gaz-liquide disposé sur une extrémité du tuyau cylindrique ou conique; et un tuyau d'alimentation en liquide et un cylindre d'alimentation en gaz, qui comportent des orifices d'introduction respectifs pour introduire un liquide et un gaz dans la chambre de turbulance gaz-liquide. Pour l'orifice d'éjection de gaz-liquide, de multiples petits trous traversants cylindriques sont ménagés dans la paroi d'une extrémité fermée à une extrémité du tuyau cylindrique ou conique, ou de multiples petites concavités qui ont des sections transversales circulaires et ont au moins une longueur circonférentielle semi-circulaire sont disposées sur la surface circonférentielle de la paroi interne d'une extrémité ouverte à une extrémité du tuyau cylindrique ou conique.
(JA) 加圧液体噴射による旋回流の生成を利用し、かつ、構成及び構造を簡潔にすることにより取扱性、操作性及び耐久性に優れる微細気泡発生装置及び気泡を大量に発生できる微細気泡発生方法、並びに前記微細気泡発生装置を有するシャワー装置と油水分離装置を提供する。本発明の微細気泡発生装置は、気液旋回室を内部に有する円柱形又は円錐形の筒と、前記円柱形又は円錐形の筒の片側に設けられた気液突出口と、前記気液旋回室内へ液体及び気体を導入するためのそれぞれの導入口を備える液体供給筒及び気体供給円筒とを有し、前記気液突出口として、前記円柱形又は円錐形の筒の片側で閉口した端部壁面に、小さな円筒状の貫通穴の複数個を設けるか、又は前記円柱形又は円錐形の筒の片側で開口した端部内壁の円周面に、断面が円形で、かつ、半円以上の円周長を有する小さな凹部の複数個が設けられる。
