Abstract:
(EN) A method for manufacturing and heat treating a component formed from an alloy or superalloy. The component may be part of a gas turbine engine, such as an airfoil of a gas turbine engine turbine, or a combustor fuel nozzle, that includes internal cooling passages. At least part of the component is formed from the alloy or superalloy using an additive manufacturing process. The method includes determining an incipient melting point range and a recrystallization temperature of the alloy or superalloy. The component is then heated to at least the recrystallization temperature and within the incipient melting point range for a predetermined time, and ultimately cooled.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication et de traitement thermique d'un élément constitué d'un alliage ou d'un superalliage. L'élément peut faire partie d'un moteur à turbines à gaz, tel qu'un profil aérodynamique d'une turbine de moteur à turbines à gaz, ou un injecteur de carburant de chambre de combustion, qui comprend des passages de refroidissement internes. Au moins une partie de l'élément est formée à partir de l'alliage ou du superalliage par mise en œuvre d'un procédé de fabrication additive. Le procédé consiste à déterminer une plage de début de point de fusion et une température de recristallisation de l'alliage ou du superalliage. L'élément est ensuite chauffé à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de recristallisation qui s'inscrit dans la plage de début de point de fusion pendant une durée prédéfinie, et finalement refroidi.
