Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for detecting the angular position of a cap (T) with respect to a bottle, comprising at least the steps of: capturing (110; 210) at least one first image of a cap (T) provided with a first marker (M1) and of at least a portion (B) of the bottle with which the cap is associated and which is provided with a second marker (M2); removing (120; 220) from said cap and said at least a bottle portion and/or displacing relative to the cap and the bottle portion the liquid drops (G) and other possible impurities existing thereon; capturing (130; 230) at least one second image of said cap and said bottle portion; comparing (140; 240) said at least one first image and said at least one second image in order to obtain at least one processing which is free from "noise" and interferences due to said liquid drops and on which the positions of said first and second markers (M1, M2) can be determined without errors; and determining (150; 250) the relative angular position of said first and second markers. The present invention also relates to an apparatus (1) suitable to implement the aforesaid method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de la position angulaire d'une capsule (T) par rapport à une bouteille, comprenant au moins les étapes consistant à : capturer (110 ; 210) au moins une première image d'une capsule (T) pourvue d'un premier marqueur (M1) et d'au moins une partie (B) de la bouteille avec laquelle la capsule est associée et qui est pourvue d'un second marqueur (M2); retirer (120 220) de ladite capsule et de ladite au moins une partie de bouteille et/ou déplacer, par rapport à la capsule et à la partie de bouteille, les gouttes de liquide (G) et autres impuretés possibles existant sur celle-ci ; capturer (130 ; 230) au moins une seconde image de ladite capsule et de ladite partie de bouteille ; comparer (140 ; 240) ladite/lesdites première(s) image(s) et ladite/lesdites seconde(s) image(s) afin d'obtenir au moins un traitement qui est exempt de « bruit » et d'interférences dues auxdites gouttes de liquide et sur lequel les positions desdits premier et second marqueurs (M1, M2) peuvent être déterminées sans erreurs ; et déterminer (150 ; 250) la position angulaire relative desdits premier et second marqueurs. La présente invention concerne également un appareil (1) pouvant exécuter le procédé susvisé.
