Abstract:
(EN) The invention describes DNA sequences, vectors, proteins and the use thereof for the biotechnological production of high added value saffron apocarotenoids and their transportation in the vesicular compartment. The present invention in particular relates to genes, proteins and methods for the production of saffron apocarotenoids in in-vitro systems, in engineered strains of E-coli and in plant tissues.
(FR) L'invention concerne des séquences d'ADN, des vecteurs, des protéines et leur utilisation pour la production biotechnologique d'apocaroténoïdes de safran à valeur ajoutée élevée ainsi que leur transport dans le compartiment vésiculaire. La présente invention concerne en particulier des gènes, des protéines et des procédés pour la production d'apocaroténoïdes de safran dans des systèmes in-vitro, dans des souches génétiquement modifiées de E-coli et dans des tissus végétaux.
