Abstract:
(EN) Myosin heavy chain 11 (MYH11)-siRNA-eluting, calponin 1 (CNN1)- siRNA-eluting, leiomodin 1 (LMOD)-siRNA-eluting, smoothelin (SMTN)- siRNA-eluting, tropomyosin (TPM)-siRNA- eluting, caldesmon 1 (CALD)- siRNA-eluting, actinin (ACTN)-siRNA-eluting, actin alpha (ACTA)- siRNA-eluting, and actin beta (ACTB)-siRNA-eluting medical device capable of selective and significant inhibition of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) in the same or even higher order of magnitude of sirolimus or analogs and paclitaxel or analogs that are cell antiproliferative drugs currently used in drug-eluting stents (DES), whereas said MYH11- siRNA-eluting, CNN1-siRNA-eluting, LMOD-siRNA-eluting, SMTN- siRNA-eluting, TPM-siRNA- eluting, CALD-siRNA-eluting, ACTN-siRNA- eluting, ACTA-siRNA-eluting, and ACTB-siRNA- eluting medical devices promote early medical device struts coverage and/or vascular re- endothelialization compared to the current DES that elute cell antiproliferative drugs such as sirolimus or analogs and paclitaxel or analogs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical d’élution de la chaîne lourde de myosine (11) (MYH11)-ARNsi, d’élution de la calponine (1) (CNN1)-ARNsi, d’élution de la leiomodine (1) (LMOD)-ARNsi, d’élution de la smootheline (SMTN)-ARNsi, d’élution de la tropomyosine (TPM)-ARNsi, d’élution de la caldesmone (1) (CALD)-ARNsi, d’élution de l’actinine (ACTN)-ARNsi, d’élution de l’alpha actine (ACTA)-ARNsi, et d’élution de la bêta actine (ACTB)-ARNsi capable d’inhibition sélective et significative des cellules musculaires lisses vasculaires (VSMC) dans un ordre de magnitude identique ou même supérieur du sirolimus ou analogues et du paclitaxel ou analogues qui sont des médicaments antiprolifératifs des cellules actuellement utilisés dans les endoprothèses d’élution de médicament (DES), tandis que lesdits dispositifs médicaux d’élution de MYH11-ARNsi, d’élution de CNN1-ARNsi, d’élution de LMOD-ARNsi, d’élution de SMTN-ARNsi, d’élution de TPM-ARNsi, d’élution de CALD-ARNsi, d’élution de ACTN-ARNsi, d’élution de ACTA-ARNsi, et d’élution de ACTB-ARNsi favorisent la couverture de supports de dispositifs médicaux et/ou la ré-endothélialisation vasculaire précoce(s) par comparaison avec les DES actuelles qui éluent les médicaments antiprolifératifs des cellules tels que le sirolimus ou analogues et le paclitaxel ou analogues.
