Abstract:
(EN) A method and a system for improving the objectivity of atmospheric pollutant monitoring data, belonging to the technical field of environmental monitoring. The atmospheric pollutant monitoring system comprises atmospheric pollutant monitoring equipment (60) and a control center (30). The atmospheric pollutant monitoring equipment (60) comprises atmospheric pollutant monitoring sensors (601), positioning modules and communication modules (603) installed upon moving monitoring vehicles and connected by means of wireless transmission with a control center (30). The present system utilizes public transport vehicles (20), long-distance vehicles (70), taxis (10), dump trucks (70) and other moving monitoring vehicles upon which are mounted atmospheric pollutant monitoring sensors (601) for performing real-time measurement, thus increasing monitoring objectivity and spatio-temporal coverage.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système d'amélioration de l'objectivité de données de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques, se rapportant au domaine technique de la surveillance environnementale. Le système de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques comprend un équipement de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques (60) et un centre de commande (30). L'équipement de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques (60) comprend des capteurs de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques (601), des modules de positionnement et des modules de communication (603) installés sur des véhicules de surveillance mobiles et connectés au moyen d'une transmission sans fil à l'aide d'un centre de commande (30). Le présent système met en œuvre des véhicules de transport en commun (20), des véhicules à longue distance (70), des taxis (10), des camions à benne basculante (70) et d'autres véhicules de surveillance mobiles sur lesquels sont montés des capteurs de surveillance de polluants atmosphériques (601) afin d'effectuer une mesure en temps réel, ce qui permet d'augmenter l'objectivité de surveillance et la couverture spatio-temporelle.
(ZH) 一种提高大气污染物监测数据客观性的方法及系统,属于环境监测技术领域,大气污染物监测系统包括大气污染物监测设备(60)和监控中心(30),大气污染物监测设备(60)包括大气污染物监测传感器(601)、定位模块和通讯模块(603),安装在移动监测车辆上,通过无线传输与监控中心(30)连接。该系统利用市内公交车(20)、长途车(70)、出租车(10)、渣土车(70)等移动监测车辆搭载大气污染物监测传感器(601)进行实时测量,从而提高了监测的客观性、空间与时间覆盖性。
