Abstract:
(EN) The invention is a microwave autoclave device for producing second generation biofuels more efficiently at industrial scale. It is characterized in that it includes at least one primary side pressure chamber (1) fitted with an inlet pipe connection (11), at least one secondary side pressure chamber (2) fitted with an outlet pipe connection (12), a pump (26), a measuring unit, and a resonator container (8), and the resonator container (8) is fitted with at least one heating pipe (4), a microwave treatment space (3) that includes an approximately homogenous microwave force field (6), at least one microwave inlet opening (9), and a separating wall (28), and the primary side pressure chamber (1) and the secondary side pressure chamber (2) is connected to the resonator container (8). The invention is also the procedure for the application of the device according to claim 1.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif autoclave à micro-ondes permettant de produire des biocarburants de seconde génération plus efficacement à l'échelle industrielle. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une chambre de pression latérale primaire (1) équipée d'une connexion de tuyau d'entrée (11), au moins une chambre de pression latérale secondaire (2) équipée d'une connexion de tuyau de sortie (12), une pompe (26), une unité de mesure et un récipient de résonateur (8), et le récipient de résonateur (8) est équipé d'au moins un tuyau de chauffage (4), d'un espace de traitement par micro-ondes (3) qui comprend un champ de force de micro-ondes approximativement homogène (6), au moins une ouverture d'entrée de micro-ondes (9), et une paroi de séparation (28), la chambre de pression côté primaire (1) et la chambre de pression côté secondaire (2) étant reliées au récipient de résonateur (8). L'invention concerne également la méthode d'application du dispositif selon la revendication 1.
