Abstract:
(EN) A turbine blade or vane inspection apparatus comprising a controller,mounting (205) for holding a turbine blade or vane (101), a source of illumination (203), and a camera (202). At least two of the source of illumination (203), the camera (202), and the mounting (205) are moveable components. The controller is configured to control the moveable components to (a) position the turbine blade or vane (101) mounted thereon relative to the illumination source (203) so as to provide a contrast of illumination between a feature of the turbine blade or vane (101) and an adjacent surface of the turbine blade or vane and (b), position the camera (202) so that the optical axis of the camera is directed towards the feature. The controller is further configured to determine a dimension and/or shape of the feature based on an image obtained by the camera (202).
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil d'inspection d'aube ou de pale de turbine comprenant un dispositif de commande, une monture (205) pour maintenir une pale ou aube de turbine (101), une source d'éclairage (203) et une caméra (202). Au moins deux éléments parmi la source d'éclairage (203), la caméra (202) et la monture (205) sont des composants mobiles. Le dispositif de commande est conçu pour commander les composants mobiles pour (a) positionner la pale ou aube de turbine (101) montée sur ceux-ci par rapport à la source d'éclairage (203) de façon à fournir un contraste d'éclairage entre une caractéristique de la pale ou aube de turbine (101) et une surface adjacente de la pale ou aube de turbine, et (b) positionner la caméra (202) de sorte que l'axe optique de la caméra soit dirigé vers la caractéristique.
