(FR) PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION D'UN ÉLÉMENT DE STRUCTURE
Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing structural elements (10, 20), comprising: - a step of tensioning at least one first pre-tensioner (101) and at least one second pre-tensioner (201) in a prefabricating bench (500), - a step of positioning an interface (300) in the prefabricating bench so that it defines first and second moulding spaces, a step of casting, in the first and second moulding spaces, a material in the fluid state, - a preliminary step of drying said material which, upon hardening, forms first and second elongated bodies (100, 200) which respectively have first and second medium fibres (F100, F200), and - the two elongated bodies being held in abutment against said interface (300, 310, 320), a step of releasing the first and second pre-tensioners so that they exert longitudinal compressive stresses on the first and second elongated bodies respectively along the first and second compression axes (A100, A200), separate from the first and second middle fibres, and the bending stresses on the first and second elongated bodies in opposite directions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'éléments de structure (10, 20), comportant : - une étape de mise en tension d'au moins un premier tendeur de précontrainte (101 ) et d'au moins un second tendeur de précontrainte (201 ) dans un banc de préfabrication (500), - une étape de positionnement d'une interface (300) dans le banc de préfabrication de telle façon qu'elle délimite des premier et second espaces de moulage, une étape de coulage, dans les premier et second espaces de moulage, d'un matériau à l'état fluide, - une étape de séchage préalable dudit matériau qui, en durcissant, forme des premier et second corps allongés (100, 200) qui présentent respectivement des première et seconde fibres moyennes (F100, F200), et - les deux corps allongés étant maintenus en appui contre ladite interface (300, 310, 320), une étape de libération des premier et second tendeurs de précontrainte de façon à ce qu'ils exercent des contraintes de compression longitudinale sur les premier et second corps allongés, respectivement selon des premier et second axes de compression (A100, A200), distincts des première et seconde fibres moyennes, et des contraintes de flexion sur les premier et second corps allongés selon des directions opposées.
