Abstract:
(EN) The fuel vapour absorber (1) comprises, on a casing element (5) and separately from an air inlet, an orifice (6) for the circulation of the fuel vapours coming from a tank. An inlet tube (8) for these vapours passes through the casing element (5) via the orifice and forms a holder for a pressure regulating valve (10), provided with a valve body (10a) and a shutter (11). The tube (8), provided for adaptation between the valve and the casing, is fastened to the casing element (5), forming at least one annular sealing zone (Cl) surrounding the tube (8). The valve (10), which is fastened by snap-fastening or the like, may be housed in the interior volume of the absorber (1), in which an absorption product (4) is stored. The tube (8) is mounted typically on the internal face (5a) of the casing element (5) and may be directly welded.
(FR) L'absorbeur de vapeurs de carburant (1) comprend, sur un élément de boîtier (5) et séparément d'une entrée d'air, un orifice (6) pour la circulation des vapeurs de carburant issues d'un réservoir. Une tubulure (8) d'amenée de ces vapeurs traverse l'élément de boîtier (5) via l'orifice et forme un support d'une vanne (10) de régulation de pression, pourvue d'un corps de vanne (10a) et d'un clapet (11). La tubulure (8), prévue pour l'adaptation entre la vanne et le boîtier, est fixée à l'élément de boîtier (5) en formant au moins une zone d'étanchéité annulaire (Cl) entourant la tubulure (8). La vanne (10), qui se fixe par encliquetage ou similaire, peut être logée dans le volume intérieur de l'absorbeur (1) où est stocké un produit d'adsorption (4). La tubulure (8) se monte typiquement du côté de la face interne (5a) de l'élément de boîtier (5) et peut être directement soudée.
