Abstract:
(EN) The present invention refers to a heat transfer unit (6A) for transferring heat from a heated gas to a liquid in particular to water, wherein the heat transfer unit in particular is for a heating apparatus (1) for a recreational vehicle. The heat transfer unit (6A) comprises a gas conduit (60A) configured to receive and transfer the heated gas and a heat transfer tank (504A) configured to contain the liquid. The gas conduit (60A) has a gas inlet (603A), a gas outlet (604A) as well as a first heat transfer zone (601A) surrounded by a corresponding chamber and a second heat transfer zone (602A) surrounded by a corresponding gas pipe. The chamber surrounding the first heat transfer zone (601A) is coupled to the gas inlet (603A), the gas pipe surrounding the second heat transfer zone (602A) is coupled to the chamber surrounding the first heat transfer zone (601A) and the gas outlet (604A) is coupled to the gas pipe surrounding the second heat transfer zone (602A). The gas conduit (60A) is geometrically shaped in such a way that due to convection, heated gas entering the gas conduit (60A) at the gas inlet (603A) at first has to flow through the first heat transfer zone (601A) and then through the second heat transfer zone (602A) before it can leave the gas conduit (60A) through the gas outlet (604A). The chamber surrounding the first heat transfer zone (601A) and the gas pipe surrounding the second heat transfer zone (602A) are provided within the heat transfer tank (504A). The chamber surrounding the first heat transfer zone (601A) is provided as triangular chamber and the gas pipe surrounding the second heat transfer zone (602A) is coupled to the triangular chamber surrounding the first heat transfer zone (601A) in the area of one of its corners. Moreover, the present invention refers to a heating unit, a heating apparatus and a recreational vehicle provided with such a heat transfer unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de transfert de chaleur (6A) servant à transférer de la chaleur d'un gaz chauffé à un liquide, en particulier à de l'eau, l'unité de transfert de chaleur étant destinée en particulier à un appareil de chauffage (1) pour un véhicule de loisirs. L'unité de transfert de chaleur (6A) comprend un conduit de gaz (60A) conçu pour recevoir et pour transférer le gaz chauffé et un réservoir de transfert de chaleur (504A) conçu pour contenir le liquide. Le conduit de gaz (60A) comporte une entrée de gaz (603A) et une sortie de gaz (604A) ainsi qu'une première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) entourée par une chambre correspondante et une seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A) entourée par un tuyau de gaz correspondant. La chambre entourant la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) est accouplée à l'entrée de gaz (603A), le tuyau de gaz entourant la seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A) est accouplé à la chambre entourant la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A), et la sortie de gaz (604A) est accouplée au tuyau de gaz entourant la seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A). Le conduit de gaz (60A) présente une forme géométrique telle que, en raison de la convection, le gaz chauffé entrant dans le conduit de gaz (60A) au niveau de l'entrée de gaz (603A) doit couler d'abord à travers la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) puis à travers la seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A) avant de pouvoir sortir du conduit de gaz (60A) à travers la sortie de gaz (604A). La chambre entourant la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) et le tuyau de gaz entourant la seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A) sont disposés à l'intérieur du réservoir de transfert de chaleur (504A). La chambre entourant la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) est conçue sous forme de chambre triangulaire et le tuyau de gaz entourant la seconde zone de transfert de chaleur (602A) est accouplé à la chambre triangulaire entourant la première zone de transfert de chaleur (601A) au niveau de l'un de ses coins. De plus, la présente invention concerne une unité de chauffage, un appareil de chauffage et un véhicule de loisirs comprenant une telle unité de transfert de chaleur.
