Abstract:
(EN) The present invention refers to a heat exchanger (6) for exchanging heat between a heated gas and a fluid in particular a gas, wherein the heat exchanger (6) in particular is for a heating apparatus (1) for a recreational vehicle. The heat exchanger (6) comprises a gas conduit (60) configured to receive and to transfer the heated gas and a duct (5) configured to receive and to transfer the fluid to be heated. The gas conduit (60) has a gas inlet (603), a gas outlet (604) as well as a first heat exchange zone (601) surrounded by a corresponding gas pipe and a second heat exchange zone (602) surrounded by a corresponding chamber. The gas pipe surrounding the first heat exchange zone (601) is coupled to the gas inlet (603), the second heat exchange zone (602) is connected to the first heat exchange zone (601) and the gas outlet (604) is coupled to the chamber surrounding the second heat exchange zone (602). The gas conduit (60) is geometrically shaped in such a way that heated gas entering the gas conduit (60) at the gas inlet (603) at first has to flow through the first heat exchange zone (601) and then through the second heat exchange zone (602) before it can leave the gas conduit (60) through the gas outlet (604) The chamber surrounding the second heat exchange zone (602) and the gas pipe surrounding the first heat exchange zone (601) are provided within the duct (5) of the heat exchanger (6). The gas pipe surrounding the first heat exchange (zone 601) is arranged within the chamber surrounding the second heat exchange zone (602) and the gas (inlet 603) is provided with respect to the longitudinal axis of the heat exchanger (6) radially within the gas (outlet 604). Moreover, the present invention refers to a heating unit, a heating apparatus and a recreational vehicle provided with such a heat transfer unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur (6) pour échanger de la chaleur entre un gaz chauffé et un fluide, en particulier un gaz, l'échangeur de chaleur (6) étant en particulier destiné à un appareil de chauffage (1) pour un véhicule de loisirs. L'échangeur de chaleur (6) comprend une conduite de gaz (60) conçue pour recevoir et pour transférer le gaz chauffé et un conduit (5) conçu pour recevoir et pour transférer le fluide à chauffer. La conduite de gaz (60) comporte une admission (603) de gaz, une évacuation (604) de gaz ainsi qu'une première zone d'échange thermique (601) entourée par un tuyau de gaz correspondant et une seconde zone d'échange thermique (602) entourée par une chambre correspondante. Le tuyau de gaz entourant la première zone d'échange thermique (601) est raccordé à l'admission (603) de gaz, la seconde zone d'échange thermique (602) est raccordée à la première zone d'échange thermique (601) et l'évacuation (604) de gaz est raccordée à la chambre entourant la seconde zone d'échange thermique (602). La conduite (60) de gaz est de forme géométrique de telle sorte que le gaz chauffé entrant dans la conduite (60) de gaz au niveau de l'admission (603) de gaz doive d'abord s'écouler à travers la première zone d'échange thermique (601) puis à travers la seconde zone d'échange thermique (602) avant qu'il puisse quitter la conduite (60) de gaz par l'évacuation (604) de gaz. La chambre entourant la seconde zone d'échange thermique (602) et le tuyau de gaz entourant la première zone d'échange thermique (601) sont disposés à l'intérieur du conduit (5) de l'échangeur de chaleur (6). Le tuyau de gaz entourant la première zone d'échange thermique (601) est disposé à l'intérieur de la chambre entourant la seconde zone d'échange thermique (602) et l'admission (603) de gaz est disposée par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'échangeur de chaleur (6) radialement à l'intérieur de l'évacuation (604) de gaz. De plus, la présente invention concerne une unité de chauffage, un appareil de chauffage et un véhicule de loisirs équipé d'une telle unité de transfert de chaleur.
