Abstract:
(EN) A method of manufacturing a male tube fitting (10) comprises the following steps: a) providing a male tube fitting (10); b) applying an anti-corrosion layer (20) onto the male tube fitting (10); c) applying a friction-reducing layer (30), which consists of a material having organic constituents and inorganic constituents, onto the anti-corrosion layer (20), thereby obtaining a coating which has a first friction coefficient (μ1); and d) modulating the friction-reducing layer (30) at least in selected sections (12) by breaking up molecules in the friction-reducing layer (30) to reduce the quantity of organic constituents in relation to the quantity of inorganic constituents in the friction-reducing layer (30), thereby obtaining a coating which has a second friction coefficient (μ2) higher than the first friction coefficient (μ1) in some selected places.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un raccord de tube mâle (10) comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) fourniture d'un raccord de tube mâle (10) ; b) application d'une couche anti-corrosion (20) sur le raccord de tube mâle (10) ; c) application d'une couche de réduction de frottement (30), qui consiste en un matériau ayant des constituants organiques et des constituants inorganiques, sur la couche anti-corrosion (20), obtenant ainsi un revêtement qui possède un premier coefficient de frottement (µ1) ; et d) modulation de la couche de réduction de frottement (30) au moins dans des sections sélectionnées (12) par rupture de molécules dans la couche de réduction de frottement (30) afin de réduire la quantité de constituants organiques par rapport à la quantité de constituants inorganiques dans la couche de réduction de frottement (30), ce qui permet d'obtenir un revêtement qui possède un deuxième coefficient de frottement (µ2) supérieur au premier coefficient de frottement (µ1) dans certains endroits sélectionnés.
